It is my constant prayer for you that God grant you peace, courage and strength to stand. You are not in this alone, I am here for you but most importantly, God is your ever-present help.

Full Text: The journey of a thousand miles begins with just one single step. Fear often keeps us from lifting our foot and taking it. Sometimes you just feel stuck, like there is no hope and no way out. Often, you can’t talk about it because the pain is too great, you feel embarrassed or that it’s all your fault.

Hiding your pain doesn’t help and I can see through your forced smile. I understand that you’re in a struggle and I want to help. I can’t say that I’ve walked in your shoes, but I can tell you that I too have been in a hard place.

We often sacrifice ourselves and end up losing ourselves in the name of love and peace. But there can be no love or peace when you’re not valued as the wonderful person that you are. Maybe you haven’t heard it lately but you are truly a woman of worth. You deserve to have all of the abundance that life wants to give you. You deserve happiness and joy. You deserve stability, calmness and a peace that can only come from within. YOU deserve to fully blossom into the beautiful flower that you are. You, yes YOU deserve to be free of any shackles that would harm you or hold you back.
